City Council Candidate Ryan Spain Hosted Historic Telephone Town Hall
Meeting with Mayor Jim Ardis: 4/11/07
“Give
the credit to Ryan Spain…this is a historic night for the city
of Peoria by having its first
Tele-Town Hall Meeting.” – Mayor Jim Ardis
“It
was a great idea. I see where [a Tele Town Hall Meeting] can solve communication
problems in Peoria.” – Forrest Johnson,
Peoria Resident
“What
a wonderful way of communicating. It was a great opportunity to hear
about a city council candidate. And if you can’t get to a candidate
forum or don’t get the newspaper, you can really learn something
from this communication method.” – Mary
Carr, Peoria Resident
